Hi Y’all,

Here’s the meditation from my Infusion 3 Post, all about chronic pain. Just a quick reminder to check out the original post if you haven’t read it yet. You’ll find some wonderful music, and a lovely tip.

I know it’s hard to be in pain, and sometimes we really can’t control what is happening in our own bodies. I invite you to consider this: What happens when we change how we view our pain? What happens when we change our relationship to that pain? Depending on the day, you might think, “Do not say this to me. You don’t know what I’m going through.” True. True. I don’t. Maybe this isn’t the moment for this meditation for you. Maybe on another day you’ll feel desperate enough to try it and see if it helps. Afterall, desperation is what got me to meditate. I make no promises about what it will do for you. I can only let you in on a few secrets about how it helped me, and give you a bit of a map for trying it out. Do whatever helps you deal with your pain, and be in your body with a little less struggle (and feel free to share your tips in the comments, too).
